Key Account Supervisor / Assistant Manager

About the role

The Key Account Supervisor / Assistant Manager will support the development and execution of business strategies for CVS and other assigned channels. Working closely with customers and internal teams, the role aims to drive sales performance, increase market share, and improve profitability through strong relationship management and joint business planning.

Key responsibilities

• Support growth of assigned CVS key accounts and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Assist in building, negotiating and executing annual account strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Drive sales performance, monitor P&L, promotional spend and trade investments to ensure healthy ROI.
• Manage stock agreements, inventory planning and coordinate with supply‑chain teams.
• Prepare and manage sales forecasts, lead monthly forecast reviews and provide insights for demand planning.
• Develop and track joint business plans, monitor execution at store level and analyse market trends.
• Collaborate with brand, shopper marketing and supply‑chain functions to ensure seamless plan execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management or sales within retail or consumer channels.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data and financial metrics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build lasting customer relationships.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and coordinate multiple internal stakeholders.
