Junior Project Delivery Manager

About the role

The Junior Project Delivery Manager is responsible for end‑to‑end operational execution of research projects, both online and onsite, translating statements of work into detailed delivery plans and ensuring quality, compliance and smooth execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own the operational delivery of tracker and ad‑hoc qualitative/quantitative projects, creating detailed plans with tasks, workflows, dependencies and timelines.
• Coordinate daily activities, manage timelines, oversee vendors, fieldwork, participant communication and incentive handling.
• Maintain rigorous quality checks on survey links, fieldwork progress, transcripts, dashboards and other deliverables.
• Collaborate with Advanced Quant experts on complex components such as sampling, modeling and analytics.
• Monitor operational health, compliance and documentation, ensuring all projects follow defined standards and templates.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, escalating issues promptly to protect project quality and scope.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Marketing, Languages, Social Sciences or related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in project management, coordination or research operations (fresh graduates welcomed).
• Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks in fast‑paced environments.
