Part-Time Launch Coordinator (Remote, Kaohsiung)

About the role

Kaohsiung Minds is seeking its first team member to help launch a new coworking and community hub in Southern Taiwan. This part‑time, remote position offers a few hours of work each weekday and direct collaboration with the two founders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct local market research on coworking, remote‑work communities and the digital nomad ecosystem, identifying gaps.
• Engage and build relationships with local stakeholders such as government agencies, businesses, landlords and community groups.
• Scout and evaluate potential venues, including historic buildings and adaptive‑reuse spaces.
• Organise meetings, meet‑ups and community events to foster engagement.
• Contribute to any other tasks needed to turn ideas into tangible outcomes.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset – proactive and able to act on opportunities without direction.
• Comfortable with the uncertainty of an early‑stage startup and eager to learn.
• Highly independent and self‑organised, capable of managing time and delivering results remotely.
• People‑oriented, skilled at networking, outreach and community building.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.
• Based in Kaohsiung or having strong ties to the city.
