About the role
Micron Technology is seeking an IT System Administrator to support its global IT operations, ensuring that Linux, OpenShift, and data‑center infrastructures meet business requirements and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day technology direction for Linux Server, OpenShift, and Data Center Server environments.
- Maintain global collaboration with Micron IT teams and handle operational support escalations, incident and problem management.
- Monitor system performance metrics, review logs, and perform proactive actions to improve availability and scalability.
- Develop and test disaster recovery plans, create documentation for architectural changes, and ensure compliance with OLA/SLA agreements.
