International Business Development Manager

About the role

MACTRON GROUP is seeking an International Business Development Manager to drive growth across high‑potential markets worldwide. You will act as the bridge between global partners and our internal expert teams, ensuring projects move smoothly from specification to mass production.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and expand into promising markets in Europe, the Americas, and Asia‑Pacific, developing new channel partners and securing project‑based contracts.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and production teams to guide projects from initial evaluation through to delivery.
• Represent the company at international trade shows and conduct overseas business visits to strengthen relationships and increase brand visibility.

Required profile

• Fluent English with strong business communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven sales experience in the technology sector, preferably within Industrial PC (IPC) or related fields.
• Team‑oriented mindset, comfortable with challenges and eager to make an impact on a global stage.
