Internal Auditor – Operations

About the role

NVIDIA is seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to support the Director of Internal Audit in conducting operational and compliance audits across the organization. The role focuses on enhancing business insights, improving internal controls, and driving operational efficiencies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, assess risk, develop test plans and execute fieldwork for complex operational and compliance audits.
• Support supplier and contract‑manufacturer audits in Asia, including on‑site inventory, operational, construction, and country audits.
• Apply benchmarked methodologies and risk‑based frameworks to evaluate end‑to‑end processes.
• Identify root causes, recommend improvements, and obtain consensus on remediation plans with business partners.
• Prepare audit deliverables throughout the audit lifecycle, emphasizing quality, timeliness, and clear recommendations.
• Conduct follow‑up reviews and report on action‑plan status to ensure internal‑control enhancements.
• Travel 10‑15% domestically and internationally as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent experience (required).
• Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, CFE, CPA (preferred).
• 2+ years of audit experience with hands‑on operational audit exposure, preferably in corporate Internal Audit or Big 4 environments.
• Strong understanding of internal‑audit methodologies, standards, and risk‑based assessment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of business processes, internal controls, and governance principles.
