Infrastructure Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

Cresta is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer/SRE to design, build, and evolve the core infrastructure that powers its AI‑driven customer experience platform. You will work closely with engineering teams to create reliable, secure, and automated environments that enable rapid product development.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with engineers to develop developer toolchains and deployment pipelines.
• Maintain reliability and performance of multi‑cloud Kubernetes clusters.
• Implement metrics, logging, analytics, and alerting for security and performance.
• Build and manage infrastructure‑as‑code tooling across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
• Automate operational tasks to maximize engineering efficiency.
• Provide machine‑learning infrastructure for large‑scale training, testing, and deployment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or production engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Golang or Python.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and its ecosystem (e.g., cert‑manager, external‑dns).
• Hands‑on experience with IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Production experience with AWS services (IAM, S3, EC2, EKS); experience with GCP or Azure is a plus.
• Familiarity with container security best practices and GPU‑enabled clusters.
