职位概况
负责无尘室生产环境关键厂务系统（超纯水、特气、化学品、电力、空调等）24/7持续运转，确保生产不中断。
主要职责
- 执行故障维修（CM）与预防性保养（PM），提升系统可靠度。
- 严格遵守LOTO与PPE，确保零工安事故。
- 快速诊断系统警报并排除故障，降低对生产的影响。
- 完成维护记录与巡检报告，提供可靠数据支持。
任职要求
- 3年以上半导体或高科技厂房运转维护经验。
- 工科相关专科或以上学历（机械、电机、电子、化工、环境工程等）。
- 具备基础英文阅读能力，中文流利。
- 拥有相关专业证照（锅炉、推高机等）者优先。
必备技能
- 泵浦、阀件、传感器、管路系统的操作与维修。
- 熟悉P&ID、单线图的故障诊断。
- 超纯水、废水、HVAC、冰水、UPS、变压器等系统维护经验。
- 化学品、特气供应系统的管理与异常处理。
