职位概况

负责执行生产作业任务，遵守环境安全卫生政策，确保生产线顺利运转并达成质量标准。

主要职责

遵循EHS政策，及时上报安全问题与事故。
严格执行流程和质量SOP，避免违规或绕行。
每日进行设备与工艺点检，尤其在复线前。
按计划完成生产任务，防止非预期停机。
及时报告质量、设备异常及材料浪费情况。
依据作业指导书使用正确工具操作设备。
落实节能减耗和持续改进。

任职要求

具备5S实施经验。
熟悉移动机械及电气设备操作。
有产品检验、数据确认与录入经验。
能适应四班二轮轮班制。
具备基本英文阅读写作能力。
具备基本电脑操作技能。
有化学品操作经验者优先。
