HR Manager – Global Industrial Tech (New Taipei)

About the role

We are seeking a senior HR Manager to join a global industrial technology leader in New Taipei. The role will act as a strategic partner to senior business leaders, driving people initiatives that support growth, transformation, and high performance across the manufacturing business.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Managing Director and functional heads on workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational design.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, and development programs.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, employer branding, and talent attraction for critical positions.
• Provide employee‑relations guidance, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and coach managers on performance and conduct issues.
• Oversee local HR operations, coordinate with regional shared services, and support compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
• Maintain HR data integrity and HRIS processes within SAP SuccessFactors.
• Drive change and transformation initiatives, helping leaders navigate change while preserving engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or HR Manager roles.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence stakeholders.
• Strong background in talent management, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
