职位概况
负责公司全方位人力资源事务，作为HR业务伙伴，连接集团与台湾分部，推动企业文化落地与绩效管理。
主要职责
- 执行HR全流程工作，包括招聘、培训、绩效评估、薪酬福利等。
- 作为HRBP，协调集团与本地团队的沟通与策略落地。
- 设计并推动企业文化、员工敬业度及内部活动。
- 审查、优化公司制度与流程，提供HR报告支持管理层决策。
- 负责办公室行政管理及临时HR项目。
任职要求
- 5年以上HR管理经验，2年以上薪资福利实务操作经验。
- 熟悉HRIS系统（NUEiP、Bamboo HR）者佳。
- 熟练使用MS Office及中文文字处理。
- 中英文（普通话、粤语）流利，具良好沟通协调能力。
- 具备抗压能力，积极主动，责任感强。

- 中文文字处理
