Harbor Site Manager / Port Upgrades Manager

About the role

Synera Renewable Energy is seeking an experienced professional to lead harbor site management and port upgrade activities for its offshore wind projects. The role combines infrastructure planning, logistics coordination, and stakeholder management to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute port infrastructure upgrades, including land and seabed reinforcement, dredging, and on‑shore facility construction.
• Ensure all upgrade works comply with local regulations, environmental standards, and HSE requirements.
• Negotiate and finalize port lease agreements and service contracts with landlords, port authorities, and service providers.
• Manage daily harbor operations such as vessel scheduling, cargo handling, and on‑shore transportation.
• Develop and monitor schedules and budgets for port activities, aligning them with overall project timelines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for port‑related matters, liaising with authorities, communities, and regulatory bodies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, Logistics, Project Management or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in port/harbor management, infrastructure upgrades, on‑shore construction, lease negotiations, or offshore project logistics.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage large‑scale projects.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of port infrastructure and harbor logistics.
• Experience with HSE compliance and environmental regulations.
• Project scheduling and budget management.
