About the role

Join Applied Materials' fulfillment operation team in Hsinchu, Taiwan, focusing on customer repair order management for semiconductor equipment. You will act as a bridge between customers, internal stakeholders and logistics to ensure timely and accurate repair services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of customer requirements and build effective relationships.
• Gain foundational knowledge of Applied Materials products and related repair processes.
• Collaborate with GCC, Purchasing, and Logistics to streamline repair order workflows.
• Escalate and follow up on unmet customer requirements, driving problem resolution.
• Collect and analyze customer‑specific data to identify process‑improvement opportunities.
• Support improvement projects under senior guidance and drive corrective actions for identified gaps.

Required profile

• Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in repair order management, with basic knowledge of related disciplines.
• Possesses intermediate knowledge of SAP and repair order systems.
• Applies strong analytical, organizational and time‑management skills.
• Communicates clearly in English (TOEIC ≥ 700) and Japanese (JLPT N1).
• Works effectively in a matrixed, multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N1 level.
• English proficiency (TOEIC ≥ 700).
• SAP (repair order management modules).
