Install Coordinator – AGS Field iTeam

About the role

Applied Materials, a global leader in materials science and engineering, is seeking an Install Coordinator for its AGS Field iTeam in Hsinchu. The role ensures that project objectives are clearly defined, resources are planned, and programs are executed on schedule while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Define project and program objectives, including outcomes, milestones, and resource planning.
• Manage execution of projects to meet product/process specifications, cost targets, and timelines.
• Document all phases of project development and ensure information transfer to relevant functional areas.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional staff to maximize productivity and resource utilization.
• Lead research and development of new technologies and integrate them into Applied Materials products and services.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in a specialized engineering discipline.
• Ability to interpret business challenges and recommend best practices.
• Experience leading functional teams or moderate‑size projects.
• Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems and identify innovative solutions.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills for influencing stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of clean‑room protocols and appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Experience maintaining Engineering/Lab notebooks and adhering to confidentiality and safety policies.
