Finance Business Partner – Taiwan

About the role

The Finance Business Partner will lead financial planning for the assigned market, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and providing strategic financial insights to drive business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning process for assigned business units, including budgeting, forecasting and long‑term strategic planning aligned with corporate objectives.
• Conduct complex profitability, margin and ROI analyses to support high‑impact business decisions and drive continuous performance improvement.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic financial insights that shape business strategy and ensure financial considerations are integrated into decision‑making.
• Evaluate investment business cases such as capital expenditures, R&D projects and strategic marketing initiatives, ensuring rigorous financial assumptions and alignment with strategic priorities.
• Monitor financial health of business units by tracking key performance indicators, identifying risks and opportunities, and working with leaders to implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive finance experience with proven business partnering to commercial or sales teams.
• Strong command of financial planning, analysis and management reporting in a commercial environment.
• Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Preferred CPA, ACCA, CIMA or MBA; experience in healthcare or regulated industries is a plus.
