Field Service Engineer – Medical Equipment

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Field Service Engineer to ensure the reliable operation of dialysis machines and related medical equipment. You will provide professional, timely maintenance and support to healthcare facilities, helping them deliver uninterrupted patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on dialysis machines and associated devices.
• Diagnose technical issues, repair or replace faulty components, and verify equipment functionality.
• Manage spare parts inventory, track usage, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide on‑site technical support and training to end‑users.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Technical background in biomedical engineering or a related field.
• Experience working with medical devices, preferably dialysis equipment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and travel to client sites as needed.
