About the role

Monolithic Power Systems is seeking a Field Applications Engineer to support the Sales and FAE teams in Taipei. You will help develop opportunities that incorporate MPS products and services while identifying emerging customer technical needs.

Key responsibilities

Provide technical support to the Sales and FAE teams in developing potential opportunities with MPS products.
Identify and share current and emerging customer technical needs to improve product positioning.

Required profile

BS or MS in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in power electronics (DC/DC or AC/DC) industry.
Experience with Power IC vendors as an AE or FAE is a plus.
Familiarity with notebook/server DC‑DC power design is a plus.
Strong problem‑solving ability, interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a sense of responsibility.

Required skills

Power electronics (DC/DC, AC/DC) design and analysis.
Power IC knowledge.
NB/Server DC‑DC power design concepts.
