About the role
Micron Technology is seeking an experienced FEOL (Front-End‑of‑Line) Process Integration Engineer to drive process improvements and technology upgrades for its memory and storage manufacturing lines.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and continuously improve process conditions and technology.
- Upgrade process capability while reducing production costs.
- Lead and modify process‑management projects.
- Define and set process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
- Evaluate, promote, and plan the introduction of new equipment and materials.
- Adopt AI tools (LLM, Copilot) to meet AI goals and support abnormal analysis and improvement.
Required profile
- Background in semiconductor process engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and improve manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with AI‑enabled tools and their application in process optimization.
Required skills
- Process engineering for semiconductor equipment.
- AI tools such as large language models (LLM) and Copilot.
- Evaluation and integration of new equipment/materials.
