EUV Equipment Engineer – Photo Lithography

About the role

As an EUV Equipment Engineer in Micron’s Photo Lithography team, you will be responsible for monitoring, sustaining and improving EUV tool performance in a high‑tech manufacturing environment. You will work closely with production teams, area engineers and the equipment vendor ASML to ensure maximum uptime and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor tool performance and schedule preventative maintenance with ASML.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electronic and software issues on EUV equipment.
• Assist with equipment installations, engineering tests and procedure development.
• Increase tool uptime through systematic problem‑solving and thorough documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support EUV lithography processes.

Required profile

• Willingness to work any shift and rotate shifts as needed.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
• Analytical problem‑solving and equipment troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective time‑management, multitasking and priority‑setting.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently or within a team.
