EUV Software Technical Support Engineer (Hsinchu)

About the role

ASML is looking for a Software Technical Support Engineer to ensure the smooth operation of its EUV lithography machines in Hsinchu. You will work within the Taiwan Technology SW engineering group, providing on‑site software support for EUV and related products.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and increase the availability and uptime of ASML software on all products.
• Diagnose, analyze, and troubleshoot complex software issues, including installation and upgrades.
• Prepare and perform software actions such as installing and upgrading software on products.
• Review and interpret detailed software documentation to determine root causes.
• Develop structural solutions from a service‑organization perspective and collaborate with development teams.
• Participate in continuous improvement cycles with development and engineering departments.
• Communicate regularly with customers to share status, plans, and solutions.

Required profile

• MSc in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry (preferred).
• Background in software engineering or Unix/Linux system administration.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team.
