Electrical Supervisor – Offshore Wind Installation

About the role

The Electrical Supervisor will ensure Vestas’ high safety and quality standards are met throughout offshore wind turbine installation projects. You will lead a team of supervisors and technicians, coordinating electrical and mechanical tasks to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee work activities to guarantee compliance with Vestas safety protocols and quality standards.
• Distribute up‑to‑date safety and installation information to the installation crew.
• Monitor team performance, wellbeing and safety, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Enforce the use of current work instructions and procedures.
• Generate Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and drive corrective actions when needed.
• Track installation progress against timelines and report deviations.
• Participate in vessel mobilisation and demobilisation activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through feedback sessions, toolbox meetings and evaluations.
• Support HSE initiatives on‑site and assist new team members with onboarding.

Required profile

• Experience in the wind industry with full GWO training.
• Taiwan Level B certification for interior wiring work (乙級室內配線).
• Technical background as a marine engineer or electrician, with experience on wind turbine generators (WTGs).
• Proven ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and team leadership.
• Clear communication skills in English.
