E-Commerce Assistant – Online Sales & Operations

About the role

SUPACAZ is seeking an enthusiastic E‑Commerce Assistant to join its Taipei office. The role supports the online sales channel of the company’s high‑performance sports sunglasses and related accessories, ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process online orders and manage the end‑to‑end fulfillment workflow.
• Maintain and update product listings across e‑commerce platforms.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend performance‑boosting actions.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong interest in cycling, baseball, racquet sports or related accessories.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales metrics.
• Team player who can work effectively on‑site with colleagues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills
