Director, Client Value Proposition and Management

About the role

The Director, Client Value Proposition and Management will lead the Affluent segment, shaping strategy, client value proposition and end‑to‑end lifecycle management for high‑net‑worth and Priority Private clients. This senior position drives portfolio growth, client experience and monetisation while ensuring compliance with regulatory and conduct standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute segment strategy, client value proposition (CVP) and engagement programmes for Affluent and Priority Private clients.
• Implement differentiated propositions, coverage models and hybrid RM‑digital engagement to enhance client experience.
• Grow quality client base, increase wallet share and strengthen the affluent & wealth brand.
• Lead client portfolio management, deepening and analytic modelling to drive growth.
• Own risk management execution, overseeing process, client‑related and reputational risks.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, conduct and internal control standards across the business.
• Collaborate with product, credit, operations, legal, compliance, finance and HR stakeholders.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in wealth management, client value proposition design and portfolio management.
• Proven track record of leading large client segments and delivering profitable growth.
• Strong understanding of regulatory, AML/CDD and conduct requirements in banking.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• University degree or higher; relevant internal control or AML training preferred.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.
