Data Centre Project Manager – Electrical Construction

About the role

Linesight is seeking a Data Centre Project Manager specialised in electrical construction to lead large‑scale projects for its clients. You will work with diverse, experienced teams, taking ownership of project delivery from site supervision to client handover.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end electrical construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
• Supervise day‑to‑day field activities, monitor installations, and report progress, quality and safety issues.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors on snagging, scheduling and partner engagement.
• Lead on‑site meetings, assess progress, enforce safe work practices and drive problem‑solving.
• Prepare handover documentation, track variations and delays, and implement project procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction management with a focus on electrical works.
• Degree or equivalent experience in a construction or project‑management discipline.
• Professional project‑management certification (or willingness to obtain one).
• Detail‑oriented, quality‑focused and strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
• Team‑player who thrives in collaborative environments and builds strong client relationships.
