Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator will act as the primary link between customers, sales teams, and warehouse operations. This role ensures timely order processing, accurate data entry, and effective resolution of customer inquiries while maintaining a professional and empathetic attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat, building positive relationships and resolving issues promptly.
• Process orders using the company’s order placement system and remote edging tools, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Log all interactions, cases, and tasks in Service Cloud and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Coordinate receiving, sorting, put‑away, and distribution of lenses and frames, including pick, pack, and ship activities.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and inventory replenishment for regional warehouses.
• Conduct annual and cycle counts, and ensure data accuracy in inventory management systems.
• Collaborate with sales, VO, and AX system teams to investigate and resolve tasks according to established procedures.

Required profile

• Associate degree, university diploma, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer support, warehouse operations, or logistics.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, support overtime, and travel locally as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of shipping procedures.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (preferred).
• Use of Service Cloud for case logging.
• Exposure to VO and AX system platforms.
