Customer Engineer / iTeam Global Installation Engineer (2026 Graduate)

About the role

As a Customer Engineer (Field Service Engineer) you will be the primary liaison with semiconductor and display equipment customers, installing, maintaining and upgrading cutting‑edge tools. You will use digital analytics and basic diagnostic techniques to troubleshoot electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic and gas systems, ensuring high equipment uptime.

Key responsibilities

• Perform Tier I service activities unassisted and Tier II with guidance.
• Execute routine preventative maintenance and quality repairs on multiple system types.
• Respond to fab issues, join escalation calls and verify operational quality of equipment.
• Follow checklists, procedures and IP guidelines, and document work using knowledge‑management systems.
• Support customers by planning, communicating and coordinating service plans.

Required profile

• Physically able to walk, stand, bend, lift up to 35 lb and work in clean‑room environments with appropriate PPE.
• Commitment to safety procedures and ability to work in noisy or confined spaces.
