CRM Clinical Specialist – South Region

About the role

Medtronic seeks a CRM Clinical Specialist for the South region to deliver on‑site education, consulting, and support to customers and field personnel. The role partners closely with sales and clinical teams to drive product awareness and optimal outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site education and consulting for Medtronic customers.
• Support field personnel to ensure best possible outcomes and service.
• Partner with sales colleagues to develop and execute sales plans for one or more business units.
• Participate in conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness.
• Work closely with Clinical Lead, Clinical Management, and Regional Sales team to provide customer case and sales support.
• Identify and facilitate execution of growth opportunities with Sales and Clinical Support Team.

Required profile

• Entry‑level individual contributor with close supervision.
• Delivers work of limited scope, typically smaller or less complex projects.
• Identifies, defines, and addresses problems that are not immediately evident.
• Communicates primarily with internal contacts within immediate group.
• Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or equivalent) and, for APAC region, a High School Diploma with at least 4 years relevant experience.
