Coordinator, Associate Group

About the role

Edelman is seeking a proactive Coordinator to support its Associate Group on B2B accounts across technology, finance and energy sectors. The role works closely with Account Managers and internal teams to ensure smooth client communication and high‑quality project delivery in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day client communications, providing timely responses and clear follow‑ups.
• Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables and internal coordination to maintain quality and accuracy.
• Draft and help execute PR materials such as press releases, media lists, briefings, decks and client updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to keep projects moving smoothly.
• Track action items, flag risks early and maintain strong account hygiene.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and evolving details while staying solution‑oriented.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in PR, communications, marketing or a related field (agency experience preferred).
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Clear, professional communicator comfortable supporting client interactions.
• Curious, proactive learner able to quickly grasp new industries and topics.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure while preserving quality.
• Excellent English and Chinese writing and speaking skills.
