Assistant Brand Manager Marketing

About the role

The Assistant Brand Manager will partner with subsidiaries to develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies, align global brand messaging, and drive e‑commerce performance across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Joint GTM Planning & Execution: co‑develop and execute Go‑to‑Market strategies with subsidiaries, integrating HQ direction into local plans.
• Business Intelligence: use AI tools to synthesize performance data, transform metrics into solutions, and conduct rapid competitor benchmarking.
• E‑Commerce & Performance Partnership: act as strategic partner for local EC & digital marketing, diagnose funnel gaps and provide high‑conversion assets.
• Full‑Funnel Strategic Alignment: bridge brand awareness and sales conversion, coordinating across product, sales, and marketing teams.
• Global Best Practice Scaling: identify and re‑engineer high‑performing local campaigns for global deployment.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in brand, digital or e‑commerce marketing, preferably in a regional or HQ role.
• Professional English proficiency for international collaboration and reporting.
