Consolidation Accounting Specialist

About the role

BizLink is seeking a meticulous and highly analytical Consolidation Accounting Specialist to safeguard the accuracy and compliance of its global financial reporting. The role involves reviewing subsidiary financials, preparing consolidated statements, and providing analytical insights that support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Review monthly closing reports from subsidiaries and coordinate with global teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct variance analysis on abnormal accounting items and perform regular reviews of subsidiary financial statements.
• Prepare and review monthly long‑term investment entries and execute complex consolidation workflows.
• Provide comprehensive financial data and analytical insights to management.
• Prepare and finalize quarterly consolidated financial statements independently.
• Execute company‑wide financial projects and ad‑hoc assignments as directed by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting or finance operations.
• At least 2 years of auditing experience within a Big Four accounting firm.
• Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Intermediate proficiency in English for daily professional communication.
• Excellent cross‑departmental communication, proactive attitude and strong time‑management skills.
