Clinical Trial Assistant – Full‑time, Office‑Based in Taipei

About the role

Avance Clinical is seeking a motivated Clinical Trial Assistant to join its Clinical Operations team in Taipei. The role supports the execution of clinical studies from start‑up through close‑out, ensuring compliance with protocols, SOPs, ICH‑GCP and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, facilitate and take minutes for project, study team and functional meetings.
• Establish, maintain and track completeness of Trial Master Files.
• Prepare Investigator Site Files and study documentation for assigned studies.
• Coordinate receipt, shipping and tracking of study documents to investigator sites.
• Maintain internal databases and provide ad‑hoc support to the Clinical Operations team.
• Participate in sponsor or regulatory audits and respond to observations.
• Ensure timely reporting of Serious Adverse Events according to protocol.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Previous exposure to a clinical trials environment is desirable.
• Familiarity with ICH‑GCP guidelines and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to take initiative, solve problems and exercise good judgment.
