Clinical Specialist – Cardiac Rhythm Management

About the role
We are looking for a Clinical Specialist to support the promotion and sale of our cardiac rhythm management products in Taiwan. The role combines technical assistance during device implantations with strong customer service to help physicians achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support during device implantations (Pacemakers, ICDs, CRTs, ILRs) and procedures in the cardiac catheterization laboratory.
- Assist physicians and healthcare professionals during outpatient follow‑up visits.
- Support the sales team in achieving business objectives and regional business development.
- Develop and maintain clinical expertise and product knowledge to troubleshoot device issues.
- Collaborate with internal team members, complete daily operational tasks, promotional activities, and technical training programs.
- Travel as required to provide regional clinical and business support.
- Deliver high‑quality technical services to maximize patient outcomes.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, clinical knowledge, and regulatory requirements.
- Respond to and resolve customers' technical inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist in the preparation of tenders, scientific meetings, and professional congresses.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships with hospitals and medical professionals.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with medical device advancements.
- Adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Required skills
- Technical knowledge of Pacemakers, Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillators (ICDs), Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy (CRTs) and Implantable Loop Recorders (ILRs).
- Experience with cardiac catheterization laboratory procedures.
- Device troubleshooting and clinical support skills.
- Ability to deliver technical training to physicians and healthcare staff.
