Client Executive - Auto Insurance

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Client Executive to join its Affinity Team in Taiwan. The role covers the auto insurance business and involves developing new contracts, managing renewals and promoting business activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new auto insurance contracts, manage renewals and promote business activities.
• Manage auto insurance operational performance, tracking business indicators and KPIs regularly.
• Use data analysis to propose business strategies and performance improvement plans.
• Plan and execute auto insurance product promotions and market management strategies.
• Establish and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and service quality.

Required profile

• Associate degree or above.
• 8+ years of experience in property/auto insurance-related work.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Fluent Chinese and English.
• Growth mindset, collaborative and self-directed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
