Client Account Manager

About the role

UBS is seeking a Client Account Manager to join its Market team in Taipei. The role supports client advisors in delivering exceptional service, acting as the first point of contact for account queries, and ensuring smooth onboarding and compliance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support client advisors by handling client inquiries, transaction orders, and payment requests.
• Serve as the primary entry point for account‑related questions and issues.
• Assist with account opening, onboarding, due‑diligence and ongoing monitoring activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee that all client accounts meet legal, compliance and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in a client‑facing role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work calmly under pressure.
• Team player with discretion, tact and adaptability to changing demands.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English to support the local client base.
• Relevant banking licences (e.g., Trust, derivatives) are required.
