职位概况
负责集团法务策略规划与风险管理，建立统一的法务治理架构，支持各子公司运营合规，提供高层决策法律顾问。
主要职责
- 制定并推动集团层面的法务政策、治理结构及合规体系。
- 审查重大合同、并购、投资及重组项目的法律风险。
- 主导重大争议、诉讼案件的策略制定与律所管理。
- 监督子公司法务运作，确保一致性与效率。
- 组织法务培训，建设知识库与标准作业流程。
- 领导总部法务团队，负责招聘、绩效及预算管理。
任职要求
- 法律系研究所以上学历，具律师资格者优先。
- 10年以上法务经验，3-5年大型企业法务主管经历。
- 熟悉公司法、证券法、并购法、知识产权及金融监管等。
- 具跨国法务、M&A及GDPR等合规实务经验。
- 具优秀的判断力、抗压能力及保密意识。
必备技能
- 企业治理与合规体系建设。
- 合同审查与谈判。
- 并购尽职调查。
- 跨部门沟通与团队管理。
