Job description
职位概况
负责成品、原料及中间产品的取样、分析及仪器校准，支持新产品导入及质量控制。
主要职责
- 依据SOP执行物理、化学及金属属性测试（如pH、粘度、密度、HPLC、ICP等）。
- 维护并校准实验室仪器，确保符合Cabot测试方法。
- 将检测数据录入LIMS系统，使用SPC进行趋势分析并报告异常。
- 协助化学师和主管更新质量文件及年度MSA计划。
- 遵守EHS及5S规范，保持安全整洁的工作环境。
任职要求
- 化学或生物学本科以上学历。
- 具备实验室测量设备的实际操作经验。
- 熟悉质量管理系统（LIMS）及基本统计方法。
- 良好的英文口头及书面沟通能力。
必备技能
- 实验室仪器操作（ICP、HPLC、粒径仪等）。
- LIMS系统使用经验。
- SPC及基本统计软件（Quality Analyst、Minitab）。
- Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）。
