Business Development Manager – Influencer Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to join Partipost’s Taiwan team. You will lead the acquisition of new clients and expand existing accounts, delivering influencer‑marketing solutions that drive measurable growth for brands.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch and close new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach and networking.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for new verticals or client segments.
• Manage key client relationships, act as a strategic advisor and propose tailored influencer‑marketing campaigns.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to maximise account value.
• Share market trends, client feedback and campaign insights with internal teams.
• Collaborate closely with campaign, operations and product teams to ensure client success.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and BD playbooks.

Required profile

• 3+ years of business development, sales or account management experience, preferably in digital marketing, influencer marketing, media or advertising.
• Proven track record of acquiring new clients and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong relationship‑building and consultative selling abilities.
• Strategic thinker capable of designing actionable growth plans.
• Excellent command of Chinese; proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally in a fast‑moving, regional environment.
