Business Developer (Energy)

About the role

Hilti is looking for a Business Developer to drive growth in the Energy sector across Taiwan. You will shape major Oil & Gas and Power projects, build strategic relationships with key industry players, and own key Energy accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage accounts (owners, EPCs, contractors) in the Energy (Oil/Gas/Electricity) business.
• Define and execute account strategies in coordination with global Hilti counterparts.
• Own the market project pipeline and build capture teams to increase market share.
• Create and implement a local Business Plan and cooperate with the sales team on conversion and execution.
• Lead sales conversion for focus accounts and projects, providing market intelligence to refine corporate strategies.
• Collect customer feedback for portfolio and offer improvement.
• Travel locally, regionally, and internationally as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or EPC/developer roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and senior‑level relationship management skills.
• Ability to think strategically, understand stakeholder pain points, and influence internal strategies.
• Self‑driven, autonomous, and comfortable managing complex, multi‑geography projects.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English is preferred.
