Audit Associate / Experienced Associate

About the role

We are seeking an Audit Associate (or experienced professional) to join our audit team. You will work on SEC and private client engagements across manufacturing, technology and consumer product sectors, delivering high‑quality audit, review and compilation services.

Key responsibilities

• Perform audits, reviews and compilations for SEC‑registered and private clients in diverse industries.
• Communicate timely and effectively with engagement team members and client personnel.
• Review SEC filings, financial statements and disclosures for form, content, completeness and accuracy.
• Stay current on U.S. GAAP, technical standards and industry developments, assessing their impact on client engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in public accounting.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating well within a team.
• CPA license or progress toward obtaining one (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (preferred).
