Associate, Social Commerce

About the role

We are looking for an Associate, Social Commerce to drive revenue through influencer‑led campaigns and social‑media initiatives. You will own sales targets, develop tailored strategies for creators, and collaborate across marketing to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities, pitch new campaign ideas and execute high‑impact influencer initiatives to meet sales targets.
• Design and launch customized strategies for content creators based on user behavior, industry trends and product performance.
• Build and nurture relationships with partners and influencers, handling daily communications, sponsorship negotiations and deal structuring.
• Track, analyze and report key performance metrics, continuously testing and optimizing campaigns for conversion and revenue.
• Stay up‑to‑date with major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and emerging tools and trends.
• Collaborate closely with the broader marketing team to align initiatives and maintain consistent brand messaging.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in digital marketing, a digital agency or e‑commerce environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize high‑impact tasks.
• Passion for social media, influencer marketing and staying current with industry trends.
• Self‑motivated, result‑oriented team player with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Start‑up mindset and globally‑focused, collaborative attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok platforms.
• Experience in affiliate and influencer marketing.
• Basic photo editing.
