Marketing Lead

About the role

The Marketing Lead will head the Marketing team in Taiwan, overseeing four Product Managers. You will shape local marketing capabilities, drive operational excellence, and align the country strategy with senior business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, coach, mentor and appraise four product managers to build a high‑performing, commercially focused team.
• Develop and execute a local marketing strategy that aligns with Business Unit Director and Managing Director priorities.
• Own P&L contribution targets, translating strategy into actionable plans that drive brand growth.
• Oversee campaign planning, budgeting, resource allocation, launch readiness and performance tracking.
• Act as the primary marketing liaison across Medical, Sales, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal and other functions.
• Strengthen local marketing processes, governance and speed‑to‑market capabilities.
• Present plans and results to senior leadership, manage expectations and escalate risks or opportunities.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with local regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, preferably in oncology, with a track record of leading product‑manager teams.
• Proven commercial acumen delivering measurable results and strong cross‑functional influence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Deep knowledge of local pharmaceutical regulations and industry codes of practice.
