Associate Manager, Vertical Planning & Operations (Mobility)

About the role

Klook is looking for an Associate Manager to drive performance across its mobility verticals worldwide. You will partner with commercial, product, and technology teams to improve customer satisfaction, traffic, inventory, pricing and profitability for travel products such as attractions, tours, and in‑destination transportation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional initiatives that enhance vertical performance at scale, covering traffic channels, supply coverage, inventory availability and pricing.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to optimise the booking experience on Klook’s mobile app, website and other distribution channels.
• Design and maintain metrics, dashboards and monitoring mechanisms to track commercial and operational results.
• Analyse data from multiple sources to extract insights that guide strategic decisions.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in OTA, e‑commerce, tech start‑up, strategy consulting, business analytics, category or brand management, or product management.
• Experience with travel products (attractions, tours, activities, or in‑destination transportation) is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑departmental projects in a matrixed, fast‑moving environment.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; additional languages are a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working with global, culturally diverse teams across time zones.
