Associate Director, FP&A – CDMO Finance Leader

About the role

The Associate Director, FP&A will serve as the senior finance leader for BoraBora Pharmaceuticals' CDMO business, overseeing the full finance function across multiple manufacturing sites. This role combines financial planning, accounting, budgeting and operational analysis to drive profitability and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage finance teams across multiple CDMO manufacturing sites, overseeing accounting, FP&A, budgeting and reporting.
• Drive annual budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning, providing insights on financial performance and business drivers.
• Partner with operations, supply chain and engineering to analyse plant performance, manufacturing costs and capacity utilization.
• Oversee month‑end and year‑end close, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
• Support commercial decisions by evaluating project profitability, pricing and investment proposals.

Required profile

• Strong financial and operational analysis capability, preferably gained in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights and drive efficiency and profitability.
