主要职责
- 领导并培养多元化团队，确保员工成长与绩效提升。
- 规划并执行排班、楼面管理及门店预算。
- 处理顾客反馈、投诉及紧急事务，维护品牌形象。
- 支持门店招聘、入职培训及绩效管理。
- 与本地合作伙伴、社区领袖建立关系，提升品牌知名度。
