职位概况
加入PwC金融咨询团队，参与企业并购、出售及募资等交易项目，负责财务尽职调查与风险评估，为客户决策提供专业依据。
主要职责
- 执行财务尽职调查，深入分析财务报表，识别潜在风险与机会。
- 支持交易项目全流程，包括规划、架构设计及执行阶段。
- 运用Excel、PowerPoint等工具，将复杂数据转化为清晰报告。
任职要求
- 具备四大事务所1年以上审计或财务尽职调查经验。
- 熟悉GAAP会计准则，能够阅读并解读财务报表。
- 具备良好的中英文沟通能力。
