Application Software Engineer

About the role

Supermicro is looking for a passionate Application Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain web‑based applications that support internal and external users. You will work on new features, bug fixes, and enhancements while ensuring high quality and usability.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, program, test, and maintain in‑house software applications.
• Create or extend functional website components based on business requirements.
• Investigate and troubleshoot data and application issues.
• Develop web‑based user interfaces, prototypes, and multi‑system integrations using Microsoft .NET technologies.
• Own the quality and usability of applications and follow development standards.
• Provide technical leadership and participate in strategic enterprise architecture planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 + year experience in web application design and implementation.
• Experience with ASP.NET and MS SQL development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
