APAC Warehouse Manager – Cloud Logistics

About the role

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Logistics is seeking an experienced APAC Warehouse Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations at a Regional Distribution Centre. You will own inbound/outbound flows, inventory control, and partner coordination while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and cost‑effective service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own all RDC warehouse activities – inbound/outbound coordination, inventory management, cycle counts, and exception handling.
• Manage the Warehouse Service Provider (WSP) against contractual SLAs through regular business reviews and escalation processes.
• Coordinate scheduling, inventory, and shipment planning with local ODMs and suppliers.
• Maintain and optimise KPIs and operational metrics (WBR/MBR) to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead root‑cause corrective action (RCCA) for escalations and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Navigate local regulations for transportation, customs, bonded warehousing, and Free Trade Zone (FTZ) requirements.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) warehouse operations at scale.
• Strong knowledge of regional customs, transportation, bonded warehousing, and FTZ regulations.
• Proven ability to operate independently in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.
• Track record of building durable operational frameworks where none previously existed.
• Comfort managing high‑value inventory and leading cross‑border logistics initiatives.
