Air Logistics Customer Care Expert

About the role

Join Kuehne+Nagel’s Freight Forwarding team as an Air Logistics Customer Care Expert. You will be the front‑line contact for customers, providing information, handling queries and resolving complaints to ensure a high level of satisfaction with our air freight services.

Key responsibilities

• Drive customer engagement, satisfaction, retention and re‑activation in close cooperation with Field Sales and the Operational Care Center.
• Establish and strengthen operational relationships through regular visits, proactive advisory and consulting.
• Qualify customer inquiries, issue quotations within approved price bands and follow up to secure acceptance.
• Support customer onboarding, ensuring requirements are captured in Kuehne+Nagel systems and linked to the initial order.
• Collaborate with Finance and the Revenue Care Center to adjust credit limits and address related challenges.
• Document, resolve and analyse complaints and feedback, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Prepare, review and refine customer reports.

Required profile

• Strong time‑management abilities and proven relationship‑building skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of freight forwarding operations, products and services.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments, including sales, finance and operations.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellence.
