Ad Sales – Advertising Solution (Ad Cloud)

About the role

The Ad Sales, Advertising Solution position at Appier is responsible for selling and up‑selling AI‑driven advertising solutions to both new and existing clients. The role supports the company’s revenue goals within the Taiwan market and acts as a key point of contact for digital marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively contact new and existing clients, educate them on Appier’s ad solutions and secure buy‑in.
• Identify, propose and sell advertising programs to targeted organisations in the defined market sectors.
• Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, marketing objectives, competitors and sales environment.
• Manage an individual sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasts and maximise personal revenue.
• Deliver professional, customised service to client requests and act as a digital‑marketing influencer locally.
• Engage CMOs or Heads of Marketing with a consultative approach to drive growth.
• Build strategic relationships and uncover new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business or a related field (preferred).
• At least one year of experience in digital media sales.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and creativity in addressing customer needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Proven negotiation skills and a track record of sales success.
• Good interpersonal skills, initiative and ability to manage multiple priorities.
