Account Manager – Service (Taiwan)

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager – Service to work closely with customers in Taiwan, identifying business opportunities and driving growth. In this position, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through service sales, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation, and ensuring that service delivery meets the high standards expected by our clients. You will also be tasked with forecasting sales performance, planning channel activities, and continuously seeking ways to improve the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential business opportunities with existing and new customers.
• Develop service sales strategies and pricing proposals to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
• Manage sales forecasting and sales channel planning to optimise business processes.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understand customer needs, and provide customised solutions to improve satisfaction, repeat business, and loyalty.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to manage project progress and resolve issues, ensuring smooth service delivery and timely responses to customer needs.
